Overview

As a Technical Operations Associate at Kroo Bank, you'll play a critical role in assisting with the Operational Resilience, efficiency, and reliability of our platform, utilizing your technical expertise to support risk management and enhance system performance.

In Short

• Assist in logging and tracking vulnerabilities and risks.
• Support the development and maintenance of scenario tests.
• Monitor and report compliance with Key Risk Indicators.
• Conduct regular self-assessments for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and test Business Continuity Plans.
• Support processes for managing incidents and changes.
• Utilise Make.com for automation scenarios.
• Participate in the on-call schedule for Major Incident Management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Document system design and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in operational resilience.
• Experience in risk management and compliance.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery.
• Familiarity with incident management processes.
• Ability to create automation scenarios using Make.com.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Understanding of FCA & PRA regulations.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience in monitoring Key Risk Indicators.
