The MSL Field Medical Director is responsible for leading and developing Field Medical teams to deliver high-quality scientific engagement and gather impactful healthcare professional insights.

Requirements

• Open to remote candidates in the continental US.
• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD).
• Strong understanding of multiple myeloma.
• Experience in Field Medical or Medical Affairs roles.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to translate medical strategy into execution.
• Experience leveraging field insights for planning.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
