Overview

The IAM Program Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and governance of multi-year IAM transformation initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring secure and compliant access to systems and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience in IAM or related fields.
• 5+ years managing enterprise IAM or cybersecurity programs.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong change management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, PCI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant degree in IT, computer science, or business management.
