Program Manager I - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager I will support projects and initiatives aimed at improving the CAHPS Member Experience for Sunshine Health Plan's Quality Improvement team.

In Short

• Support concurrent projects to enhance member experience.
• Analyze CAHPS and Mock CAHPS data.
• Utilize tools to oversee programs according to procedures.
• Coordinate with PMO and Compliance teams.
• Maintain detailed business process documentation.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Identify resources and mitigate risks.
• Manage programs through their full life cycle.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1+ years of project or program management experience preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 1+ years of project or program management experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CAHPS highly preferred.
