Overview

CMC:Foundation for Change, a young and growing nonprofit that supports families affected by substance use, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Program Manager.

In Short

• Hybrid role: primarily remote with in-person meetings in Manhattan.
• Full-time position (40 hours/week) with a salary range of $75,000–$85,000.
• Requires strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience in nonprofit program management or coordination is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite is required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit program management or coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with grant funding cycles and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong technical proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
• Comfortable with data tracking and financial management.
