Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Program Manager to lead Cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch. This role requires strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to ensure successful delivery of customer programs on time and to the highest standards.

In Short

• Oversee contractor and staff personnel.
• Ensure timely and consistent delivery of support services.
• Manage all hiring activities: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks.
• Maintain subcontractor arrangements.
• Assemble billing data and justification materials.
• Track and report on all customer furnished media.
• Identify, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program/project management experience.

• Court Reporting/transcription industry knowledge & experience preferred but not required.
