In Short

• Own the customer lifecycle program for the “Launch” segment.
• Design onboarding journeys and retention strategies.
• Build standardized playbooks for customer engagement.
• Implement lifecycle programs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track key lifecycle KPIs such as onboarding completion time.
• Run weekly operating rhythms to drive accountability.
• Experiment with A/B tests to improve customer outcomes.
• Troubleshoot process gaps and tool misalignments.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a business role, with 3 years in program management.
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, or operations-heavy businesses preferred.
• Understanding of Customer Success and Account Management.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle metrics.
• Ability to build scalable operational playbooks.
• Excellent data fluency and proficiency with BI tools.
• Proficiency with workflow automation tools desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative work ethic with cross-functional influence.
