• Seeking a diligent project manager with extensive experience in executive communication, MS Office, and Smartsheets.
• Strong background in leading large IT programs or managing a PMO within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in IT program management, business transformation, and leading large cross-functional programs.
• Drive strategic initiatives that span multiple departments and functions.
• Develop project tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to create and communicate project plans.
• Identify and resolve program issues, facilitate trade-off decisions, and remove obstacles.
• Continuously analyze and manage risks to enable successful project completion.
• Lead large cross-functional programs driving strategic business transformation.
• Manage IT program portfolios with a focus on systems deployment and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Biopharma, Medical Device, or Biotech industry.
• Experience using MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets.
• Experience in a cGMP and FDA regulated environment.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of systems deployment and integration.
• Enjoys problem-solving and developing systems with user adoption in mind.
