Sr. Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager with extensive experience in CAPEX and procurement to support the expansion and refurbishment of current US R&D facilities. This role involves defining playbooks for procurement contexts, understanding category management from a project perspective, and offering high-level strategies for governance models around projects.

• Develop and deploy holistic Procurement and Category Management structure for new construction projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical/business discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in developing and running programs in Procurement.
• Knowledge of classical CAPEX projects including Construction, Engineering, Equipment, Lab, Furniture, IT, and Architectural.
• CAPEX/Procurement SME with a category procurement background.
• Knowledge of Cougar Procurement System is a plus.
• Self-starter, works independently with a positive attitude.
• Ability to operate as a team or independently while demonstrating flexibility.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
