Program Manager - Remote

Overview

The Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner supporting executive-level business rhythms, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, communications, and strategic priorities.

In Short

• Drive end-to-end management of the Rhythm of Business (ROB), including calendar planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, including agenda planning and materials preparation.
• Develop and manage workback schedules for key deliverables and meetings.
• Maintain and update cross-organizational ROB calendars.
• Partner with business managers to ensure preparedness and alignment.
• Track meeting logistics including attendance and action items.
• Support special projects and operational initiatives for the executive office.
• Contribute to the adoption and improvement of new workflows, including AI-assisted tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in program management or executive support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and coordination across teams.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with rapid execution timelines.
