The Program Manager will lead the execution of a high-visibility federal health services program that supports nationwide workforce readiness and medical evaluation operations, ensuring high standards of service quality and compliance.

  • Manage multi-site and geographically dispersed healthcare operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of experience supervising and managing staff.
  • 2 years of experience in medical services and drug testing programs.
  • Knowledge of federal occupational health program requirements.
  • Experience with government contracts and compliance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
  • Experience managing Federal Healthcare Programs is a plus.
  • PMP, MHA, or related certification is a plus.
