Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Arkatechture is seeking a Program Manager to support our growing Product organization, which spans two critical verticals: Content and Platform. This role will partner closely with Implementation and Support to ensure execution aligns with strategic priorities and customer outcomes.

In Short

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple teams
• Champion Agile best practices and adapt frameworks as needed
• Support backlog management and ensure development readiness
• Communicate risks and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
• Drive alignment and accountability across delivery teams
• Maintain visibility into team capacity and provide structured reporting
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Collaborate on sprint forecasting and release planning
• Manage increments and milestones for strategic timelines
• Support structured defect tracking and post mortem reviews

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Agile Delivery roles
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Experience partnering with Product for roadmap planning
• Proven ability to translate initiatives into delivery plans
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Strong executive communication skills
• Experience with capacity planning and estimation
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
