Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Information Technology Support Services project for a Remote role, with a 5% to 20% Travel requirement.

In Short

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the Government.
• Manage on-site and remote personnel across the 88th RD 19-state Area of Operations.
• Ensure timely submission of all contract deliverables and reports.
• Oversee contractor Quality Control Plan and PWS compliance.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (KO).
• Participate in post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings.
• Develop and submit annual training plans to COR.
• 5% to 20% travel requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of documented experience managing multi-functional Army Reserve organizations or equivalent private sector IT management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of documented financial management experience.
• Ability to operate independently and make timely decisions.
• Highly skilled in verbal and written communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
