• Oversee multiple high-priority projects and programs to support the organization’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to structure and scope business problems.
• Drive program and project management for key initiatives.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding program status and goals.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support change management efforts related to strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end post-merger integration planning and execution.
• Lead process and system discovery and conduct gap analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• Strong ability to drive results and change in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
• Ability to lead through influence with senior leaders.
• Executive presence with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
