Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Platinum Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager who will serve as the single point of accountability for contract performance, operational continuity, Agile delivery oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination in a remote setting.

In Short

• Lead federal IT programs with a focus on Oracle and AWS.
• Oversee Agile delivery and DevSecOps integration.
• Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for operational continuity.
• Maintain accountability for contract performance.
• Conduct customer site visits as required.
• Support NOAA or similarly regulated federal environments.
• Possess strong leadership and executive communication skills.
• Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• 10+ years of relevant experience is required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of federal IT program management experience.
• Experience managing Oracle/AWS environments.
• Demonstrated Agile and DevSecOps governance experience.
• Strong risk and compliance management background.
• Experience operating under Firm-Fixed-Price contracts.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Previous experience with National Marine Fisheries Service is a must.
