Marketing Automation Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Automation Consultant is a client-facing specialist responsible for onboarding, configuring, training, and supporting clients on our preferred or integrated marketing automation platform to drive adoption, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable marketing impact.

• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s marketing goals.
• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage the full onboarding process for new clients.
• Deliver comprehensive training on marketing automation features.

• Build email templates and troubleshoot issues.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Utilize CRM-to–marketing automation integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or email marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and HTML/CSS.
• Experience delivering client training.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong travel and tourism industry knowledge.
