In Short

• Responsible for the conception and successful execution of customer projects.
• Proactive consulting and further development of our customers.
• Development of marketing automation and communication processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
• Conducting workshops to determine customer requirements.
• Leading the transfer of customer requirements into technical concepts.
• Implementation of customer requirements in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze.
• Support for sales in discovery and scoping of opportunities.
• Conducting training for our customers.

Requirements

• Qualified degree in (business) informatics, business administration/marketing, communication, or a comparable education.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting, marketing automation, or technical consulting for digital marketing.
• Certifications as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant are desirable.
• Strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for working with data and developments around AI.
• Experience with scripting languages like AmpScript, Liquid, or SSJS, as well as SQL, API, and web technologies.
• Strong judgment and communication skills in both German and English.
