We are looking for a HubSpot Consultant & Marketing Automation Specialist to help our clients optimize and automate their marketing and sales processes.

In Short

• Consulting and strategy development for clients.
• Implementation and configuration of HubSpot for various clients.
• Development and execution of automated workflows and email campaigns.
• Support in the implementation and maintenance of HubSpot CRM.
• Measuring campaign success and continuous process optimization.
• Conducting workshops for clients to maximize HubSpot usage.
• Continuous knowledge expansion about HubSpot.

• Participation in agency meetings and events.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a HubSpot Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in consulting and implementing HubSpot.
• Solid knowledge in marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Technical understanding of APIs and data management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in advising clients.
• Experience with inbound marketing and sales processes.
• Team player with interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Willingness to continue education and expand HubSpot knowledge.
• Very good German (minimum C1) and good English skills.
