Marketing Specialist, Automation - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Specialist, Automation will execute marketing programs to drive Creator acquisition and retention, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, CRM Automation, and Execution.

In Short

• Execute marketing that drives the acquisition of new creators and retention of existing creators.
• Utilize Braze and HubSpot for marketing automation.
• Own and drive email marketing performance.
• Maintain marketing automation integration with CRM.
• Ensure tracking and attribution of marketing leads.
• Meet all deadlines per the marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with the Data team for contact data accuracy.
• Guarantee quality of all marketing execution.
• Utilize strong project management skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM.
• Experience using Braze and HubSpot.
• Data-driven and analytical experience.
• Hands-on database marketing experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
