• Administration of sales and customer success automation systems and tools.
• Build workflows through configuration of sales-related tools.
• Provide CRM support (HubSpot) including continuous improvement projects.
• Identify operational issues and support solutions for sales teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure streamlined processes.
• Support standardized reporting for sales and customer success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of sales operations experience.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of sales software and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
