Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will manage Sales Orders for assigned regions, ensuring operational efficiencies and driving sales through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

In Short

  • Lead sales orders cycle for assigned regions.
  • Provide guidance on resolving variances.
  • Contribute to purchasing standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure correct execution of the Purchasing process.
  • Coordinate internal item setup process with sales team.
  • Review orders for accuracy.
  • Process orders through ERP Platform.
  • Work with inventory team on backorder sourcing.
  • Create billing schedules for installment orders.
  • Problem-solve discrepancies and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
  • Strong internal controls knowledge.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
