Sales Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

Lorikeet is seeking its first sales operations hire to help build and scale the operational backbone of our sales team. This role involves working across systems and processes to ensure our account executives have the tools they need to excel.

In Short

• Own and manage our sales CRM (Hubspot) for clean data and reliable reporting.
• Build and maintain sales materials and collateral like pitch decks and proposal templates.
• Design and manage sales enablement programs, including onboarding and training.
• Refine our sales process by identifying friction and implementing improvements.
• Support territory planning, quota setting, and commission tracking.
• Partner with finance and leadership on pipeline reviews and revenue reporting.
• Evaluate and manage our sales tech stack.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales ops, revenue ops, or GTM operations in a SaaS or B2B startup.
• Experience managing Hubspot or similar CRMs.
• Experience supporting a growing sales team through onboarding and enablement.
• Experience with forecasting and revenue reporting.
• Comfortable with contract workflows and global territory design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to streamline processes.
• Excited about building a category-defining AI company.
