The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the sales team at Smile Digital Health, ensuring seamless execution of sales processes and data accuracy in CRM systems.

  • Design and implement scalable sales processes and workflows.
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems like Salesforce for data accuracy.
  • Develop sales reports and dashboards for performance metrics.
  • Oversee sales forecasting models for strategic planning.
  • Support cross-department projects to enhance revenue activities.
  • Communicate complex sales processes to diverse audiences.
  • Analyze customer lifecycle data to identify trends and strategies.
  • Refine processes within Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Build and maintain data for operational insights using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Comply with privacy and confidentiality policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a sales support or enablement role, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics; Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Experience in analyzing revenue-related KPIs and reporting.
  • Understanding of post closed-won processes and finance terminology.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a revenue-focused approach.
