Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will partner closely with the Sales Operations Manager to support Sales and Lead Generation teams by ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage lead flows and maintain data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to guide process changes.
  • Proactive and adaptable in a high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: Advanced reporting and automation skills.
