Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in driving sales excellence by partnering closely with the sales team to implement process improvements and establish operational discipline.

  • Maintain the integrity of data within Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Support core sales functions such as quote generation and opportunity management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Legal for a streamlined lead-to-cash process.
  • Assist in the rollout of new tools and training for sales teams.
  • Ensure high-quality data management and execute regular data validation.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly to improve overall experience.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and drive problem resolution.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar function.
  • Knowledge of sales operations and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Workspace.
