WeTravel is seeking a Payment Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Payments Operations team, focusing on process improvements and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, risk or compliance operations.
• 2+ years in direct people management.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1 or higher).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payment services providers.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau).
• High self-motivation and ability to lead cross-functionally.
• Empathy and passion for helping team members and customers.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and feedback.
• Experience with risk management tools is a plus.
