Overview

The Senior Manager of Payment Operations oversees the daily processing of payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while managing payment-related issues and enhancing the overall payment experience.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and assess operational strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to HFD policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Payment Operations Management.
  • Assist in creating training material for new hires.

Requirements

  • Mentor based leader with Finance/Operations experience.
  • 5 years of management experience required.
  • Data analytics experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
