Senior Growth Strategy Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Growth Strategy Analyst will leverage data to enhance revenue quality and drive strategic decisions within the organization.

In Short

• Transform raw data into insights that drive growth strategy.
• Analyze customer acquisition channels and marketing performance.
• Develop and maintain marketing attribution models.
• Evaluate marketing ROI, CAC, and channel effectiveness.
• Conduct funnel analysis and cohort analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Work with engineering to correct reporting issues at scale.
• Identify growth opportunities through deep data analysis.
• Balance strategic initiatives with ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Communicate insights in a sales-friendly manner.

Requirements

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Statistics.
• 8+ years of industry-specific experience (FinTech, Lending, Payment).
• Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Postgres SQL.
• Experience with Tableau, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Beginner/Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Expert in SQL, Python is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based data storage solutions.
• Attention to detail and self-motivated.
