Overview

The Consumer Collection Specialist – Tier 1 is responsible for managing late-stage, pre-charge off recovery for consumer agreements and loans, working in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in loan servicing or collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze metrics and reporting.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
  • Knowledge of skip tracing and consumer location information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a home environment.
  • Flexible with changes and new strategies.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
