In Short

• Responsible for collection processes related to medical accounts receivable.
• Researches all balances and takes necessary collection actions.
• Makes routine collection calls on outstanding claims.
• Identifies billing errors and resolves issues.
• Documents detailed notes in the company software system.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Works flexible hours from 8:30a-5p Pacific Time.
• Identifies trends and escalates issues to management.
• Handles refund requests and secondary claims.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of infusion collections experience required.
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology.
• Excellent math and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must work 8:30a-5p Pacific Time.
