Soleo Health is seeking an Acute Clearance Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
• Work hours are 9.30am-6pm Central Time.
• Must have experience with Acute Infusion for Prior authorization/Benefits Verification.
• Responsibilities include processing new referrals and verifying patient eligibility.
• Must communicate with patients and referral sources regarding status of referrals.
• Strong multi-tasking skills required in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines is essential.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is required.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word are necessary.
• Weekend on-call once every 3 weeks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules based on NDC and HCPCS units.
• Strong ability to manage numerous referrals/priorities while ensuring quality.
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred.
