Soleo Health is seeking a Clearance Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy patients and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Specialty home infusion experience required
• Must be able to work 8am-5:30pm Central Standard Time
• Responsible for processing new referrals
• Verify patient eligibility and test claim adjudication
• Coordinate benefits and identify patient costs
• Prepare and submit payer authorization requests
• Communicate with patients and referral sources
• Assist with financial necessity enrollment
• Generate new patient start of care paperwork
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care guidelines
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
