In Short

• Full-time position overseeing travel and expense operations.
• Responsible for corporate credit card administration and reimbursement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Administer and maintain the expense reporting system.
• Process accounts payable invoices and support month-end activities.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding expense submissions.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills necessary.
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm with additional hours as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Concur or similar expense management system required.
• Experience with large ERP systems required; NetSuite preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in expense reporting and operations.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to understand company travel and expense policies.
• Good presentation skills for educating expense approvers.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with teams.
