In Short

• Responsible for collection processes related to medical accounts receivable.
• Research balances and take necessary collection actions.
• Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims.
• Identify billing errors and resolve accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Document detailed notes in the company software system.
• Work 8:30a-5p Pacific Time.

Requirements

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of infusion collections experience required.
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology.
• Excellent math, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and problem-solve.
• Must be able to work 8:30a-5p Pacific Time.
