In Short

• Full-time remote position
• Support Specialty Infusion patients
• Process new referrals and verify patient eligibility
• Calculate patient financial responsibility
• Communicate with patients and referral sources
• Initiate and secure prior authorizations
• Work Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm CST
• Experience with Specialty Infusion required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
