Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Clearance Specialist to work Remotely (USA) and support our infusion patients. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Work Full-time remotely from 8:30am-5pm CST
• Process new referrals and verify patient eligibility
• Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility
• Initiate and secure prior authorizations
• Communicate with patients and referral sources
• Document insurance coverage and related services
• Assist with enrollment for financial assistance programs
• Generate patient start of care paperwork
• Must have experience with Specialty Infusion
• High school diploma required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
