Soleo Health is seeking an Advanced Collection Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Responsible for a broad range of collection processes related to medical accounts receivable.
• Maximize accurate and timely payment on assigned accounts.
• Research balances and take necessary collection actions.
• Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims.
• Identify billing errors and resolve accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Document detailed notes in the company software system.
• Work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
• 3+ years of strong infusion collections experience required.
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology.
• Excellent math and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
