Soleo Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to support our Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy Remotely (USA). Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

  • Provides daily support and guidance to direct reports.
  • Oversees team staffing, coaching, accountability, and performance improvement plans.
  • Evaluates workload and adjusts staffing to fit program needs.
  • Assists with workload tasks such as benefit verification and patient calls.
  • Serves as a point of escalation for customer issues.
  • Conducts candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Facilitates intradepartmental communications.
  • Analyzes referral trends and access solutions.
  • Completes required duties, projects, and reports in a timely manner.
  • Handles managerial tasks for direct reports including training and performance issues.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • At least 3 years of specialty pharmacy or reimbursement experience.
  • Previous healthcare management experience required.
  • Medical and pharmacy benefit experience required.
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care guidelines.
  • Ability to interpret payor contract fee schedules.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment.
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word.
