Overview

The Supervisor, Reimbursement Patient Access is responsible for providing exceptional support to Guardant Health customers, the Guardant Health Clinical Laboratory, Sales Representatives and our billing vendor. This role requires effective communication and team leadership.

• Supervise a team of Reimbursement Patient Access Specialists.

• Ensure timely resolution of financial cases.
• Perform audits for data accuracy.
• Verify insurance and patient eligibility.

• Adhere to SOPs for reimbursement and billing.
• Field calls related to reimbursement and billing.
• Handle various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.
