Overview

The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a remote and field-based role that proactively provides education on access and reimbursement topics to healthcare providers within their assigned geographies, serving as the local market access expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in reimbursement or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy products.
• Knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Understanding of patient privacy laws.
