Overview

The Associate Director of Program Management will oversee Patient Support Center operations, managing a team of Case Manager Supervisors and ensuring compliance with Novartis policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical or related industry
• 2+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of direct interaction with providers/patients
• Comprehensive knowledge of Case Management and Patient Access Services
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment
• Experience managing diverse high-performing teams
• Understanding of privacy laws including HIPAA
