Overview

The Associate Director, US Market Access Therapeutic Area Strategy is responsible for supporting the optimization of the market access strategy for launch and inline brands through the delivery of the tactics designed to achieve the market access strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/sales or market access.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the environment.
• Experience with vendor management and contracting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
