Overview

This position is responsible for the direction and management of the US Study and Site Operations Contracts and Payment team, overseeing contract negotiations with clinical investigators for Novartis sponsored studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical trial operations.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in a global/country matrixed environment.
• Understanding of clinical trial conduct and regulations.
• Ability to manage workload within a team.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
