In Short

• Co-manage legal request intake and provide guidance on legal questions.
• Develop and enforce legal processes to improve efficiency.
• Co-manage legal technology solutions and vendor relationships.
• Assist with end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
• Maintain trademark and patent portfolios.
• Review marketing collateral for compliance with laws.
• Assist with data subject access requests and privacy compliance.
• Provide legal support to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with outside counsel on case management.
• Assist in developing training materials for legal processes.

Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal work experience.
• 10+ years of paralegal or legal professional experience.
• Familiarity with privacy frameworks and compliance workflows.
• Experience with procurement or vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with trademark and patent portfolios.
• Knowledge of U.S. advertising and marketing law.
