Legal Operations & Contract Lead - Remote

In Short

• Drive the full lifecycle of agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and BAAs.
• Build and refine scalable systems for legal operations.
• Partner with outside legal counsel for complex matters.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Ops and Compliance.
• Help maintain compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations.
• Implement and manage legal tech and automation tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations or contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience interfacing with customers and legal stakeholders.
• Impeccable attention to detail with a process mindset.
