Overview

The Manager, Employee Engagement supports the activation and advancement of the field engagement strategy across the Customer Engagement organization, ensuring that frontline associates are informed, equipped, and connected.

In Short

• Support data-driven engagement strategies and translate survey insights into actionable plans.
• Assist in the delivery of engagement initiatives focused on recognition and development.
• Maintain and evolve employee listening mechanisms and summarize findings for leadership.
• Prepare reports on engagement trends and feedback outcomes for key stakeholders.
• Help design motivating touchpoints across the employee lifecycle.
• Draft internal communication content to drive clarity and connection.
• Implement initiatives that support manager enablement and inclusive leadership.
• Collaborate in a matrix environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Utilize analytical skills to inform action based on employee survey data.
• Communicate effectively across various levels and functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business-related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in employee engagement, communications, HR, or related discipline.
• Experience in healthcare and/or pharmaceutical background preferred.
• Ability to support change and organizational initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a matrix environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills with experience using survey data.
