Overview

The Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) plays a crucial role in managing access for providers and patients, providing education on reimbursement solutions, and executing strategic plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Client-facing role supporting patient access to products.
  • Manage daily activities related to patient access in provider offices.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and patient assistance services.
  • Educate healthcare providers on access processes and reimbursement.
  • Participate in client meetings and input call activity into CRM.
  • Provide office education on formulary coverage and insurance procedures.
  • Review patient case information in a compliant manner.
  • Deliver educational presentations using technology platforms.
  • Travel 3-4 days a week within the defined territory.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, or Patient Services.
  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel and reside within the territory.
  • Experience with specialty/biologic products.
  • Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology.
  • Ability to educate healthcare providers on patient support programs.
  • Experience delivering presentations in person and via technology.
  • Knowledge of CMS policies and Medicare processes.
  • Strong analytic capabilities and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
