• Full-time position requiring work in Central Standard Time Zone hours
• Responsible for processing new referrals and verifying patient eligibility
• Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities
• Secure prior authorization and communicate with patients and referral sources
• Document all information related to insurance coverage and patient costs
• Must have Specialty Infusion experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic skill in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
