Insurance Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are hiring for 3 Insurance Specialists: Commercial Insurance Processors or Personal Lines Insurance Processors. The role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

• Process new insurance policy applications and manage endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and policy records.
• Enter policy information into the insurance management system.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to policy status and coverage details.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on policy processing activities.
• Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations.
• Previous experience in commercial and personal lines insurance processing is desirable.
• Familiarity with insurance software such as Applied EPIC, AMS 360, EZ Lynx.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
