Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Remote Clearance Specialist to support our Specialty Infusion Pharmacy needs. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care!

In Short

• Must live in Mountain Standard Time Zone
• Responsible for processing new referrals
• Verify patient eligibility and test claim adjudication
• Coordinate benefits and identify patient costs
• Prepare and submit payer authorization requests
• Communicate with patients and referral sources
• Generate new patient start of care paperwork
• Work 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm MST
• Experience in infusion/specialty pharmacy benefits preferred

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
